Cash for every night spent in hospital under the care of a consultant dental/ maxillo-facial surgeon

Mouth cancer treatment costs upon positive diagnosis (up to benefit limits) Smokers are not excluded from this offer

You should be aware that Denplan does not cover the following:

• Laboratory fees/ prescriptions
• Orthodontics
• Dental implants
• Any excluded treatment (detailed in the contract you signed with your dentist) Specialist treatment/ referral to another dentist
• Cosmetic treatment
• A minimal initial 'out of hours' call out fee

Denplan Enhance

Offers you interest-free loan to pay for private treatments, allowing you to spread the costs over time. You can borrow from £250 to £25,000, paid off over 6 - 36 months. Some of the treatments that Denplan Enhance can help you fund are crowns, bridges, inlays,tooth whitening.

Denplan Enhance can be offered to any patient considering high-value private treatments, whether restorative or cosmetic. You do not need to be a Denplan patient.

• Denplan Enhance gives you access to the full range of private treatments your dentist offers - including cosmetic treatments - in an affordable way.
• You do not need to supply any financially sensitive information, such as salary details, during the credit application process.
• The interest-free loan can be set up immediately, following a simple proof of identity and credit check carried out in the dental practice by one of the practice team.
• Confirmation and repayment of your Denplan Enhance loan is straightforward. You will be provided with a completed credit loan agreement to sign and your agreed monthly repayments will be collected by Direct Debit.
• You can start your treatment immediately.
• Clydesdale Financial Services are the credit provider for Denplan Enhance.

Credit is subject to status and available only to UK residents aged 18 years or over. Typical example: If the cash price is £1,000 and you pay a 10% deposit of £100 you will have a balance payable of £900 by 6 monthly payments of £150 at 0% APR. The total amount payable will be £1,000.
